Overview and Experience

After going through a high conflict divorce I had to learn to accept that life goes on.   I had to navigate how to be a great single parent.  I had to learn how to control my emotion when dealing with my high conflict ex-spouse. Finally, I had to learn that the only way to "win" with a toxic high conflict individual is to not play their game.

I  am not an attorney and I am not a therapist.   I will serve as your thinking partner, confidant and together, we will work to find solutions and strategies.    If you are just starting this process I can help you set boundaries, discover documentation strategies and learn to communicate with a high conflict individual.    Together we will fill your toolbox and find coping strategies to allow you to continue putting one foot in front of the other.
