Our Stance on "Parental Alienation"

At the HCDCCP, we recognize “parental alienation” (or “alienation”) as a discredited theory based on Dr. Richard Gardner’s clinical observations, not scientific data. It is not recognized by the UN, APA, WHO, or AMA. Applicants who do not share the same stance would not be a good fit for our program (and will not be eligible for referrals). What are your personal experiences or beliefs on this topic?

We offer several payment options for the program:

1. One-time payment of $4,999. 2. Five monthly payments of $1,115 (totaling $5,575) – payments must begin two months prior to start of course. 3. Ten monthly payments of $557.50 (totaling $5,575) - payments must begin five months prior to start of course. Which option do you prefer:

By submitting this application, you also acknowledge the following: If you meet the eligibility criteria set by the High Conflict Divorce Coaching Certification Program (HCDCCP), a certificate will be issued to you at the end of the program. Certain coaches who have obtained a certificate, may be selected to be listed on our website on the page titled "Find a Divorce Coach" (the "Page") at the sole discretion of Tina Swithin, LLC. However, completion of the HDCCP does not entitle a coach to be listed on the Page. By attending the HCDCCP, you acknowledge that Tina Swithin LLC is not obligated to list your information on the Page upon completion of the HCDCCP.
