Overview and Experience

"I am Shelly Sabey and I started Shelly J Coaching, LLC. to help those who are going through abusive, high conflict divorces. I became a Certified Life Coach through Brooke Castillo's, The Life Coach School, in January 2023. I then received my High Conflict Divorce Coach Certification in March of 2023 from Tina Swithin's High Conflict Divorce Certification Program. I specialize in helping clients prepare to leave their toxic relationships safely, how to navigate the divorce process strategically, how to co-parent like a rockstar, and guide them through the next phase of life of Single Parenthood, the Pitfalls of Dating Again, Blended Families, and Step-Parenthood; and be able to create a joy filled life in the process. My hope is to share my expertise that I’ve gained over the years to help others avoid the common mistakes that are often made and to achieve the best outcome possible for you and your children. I know victims need someone in their corner who hears them, believes them, and validates them and I can be that support for you.

My goal and foundational integrity will always be to coach along the lines of what is actually best for the children involved."
