Overview and Experience

I have always helped people do hard things, things that can feel impossible at times. I did it as a birth doula for 20 years. After my children were grown, and aged out of Family Court, I knew I would take that ability, to support without judgement, to encourage people who feel hopeless and exhausted, into my work as a Divorce Coach. The experience of my own high conflict divorce gave me the inspiration to help others through theirs. The High Conflict Divorce Coach Certification Program gave me the tools to do that. My focus is on preserving the relationship between healthy parents and their children. Whether it’s through Family Court, or in their daily lives, I help folks protect their children from further trauma, helping them understand what their kids need from them and how to not just survive, but thrive in the court system.
