Welcome to COR Coaching, where you’ll find encouraging, strategic support through the challenges of high-conflict divorce and custody. This process can be overwhelming and confusing, especially when dealing with a high-conflict ex, and you shouldn’t have to navigate it alone. As a Certified High-Conflict Divorce Coach, I help women stay grounded, navigate the protection of their children, and make confident decisions at every stage — whether you’re considering divorce, in the midst of it, or rebuilding afterward. Together, we create clear strategies for communication, documentation, parenting, and choosing the right legal and therapeutic support. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move through this process with stability and confidence — one informed step at a time.

Hours of operation:: M-F - Hours varied between 9am-2pm EST or by appointment.
