Many divorced women suffer from relationship scarring and an uncertain future. At Krista Young Coaching, we guide you through a 6-step journey of rebuilding and empowerment to create a future that is happy, joyous and free.

At Krista Young Coaching we know that you, as a divorced (or divorcing) woman, want to feel confident and self-assured.  In order to embody this, you first need to love and respect yourself. The problem is that your past (or current) relationship left you feeling disrespected and emotionally drained.  We believe no one should EVER feel that way.  But we understand first hand, which is why Coach Krista pursued certification as both a Divorce and Life Coach, and created a program that will guide you through a 6-step journey of rebuilding and empowerment to create a future that is happy, joyous and free.  Here’s how it works:
