Overview and Experience

Erin Siegel is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified High Conflict Divorce Coach and Consultant specializing in high-conflict divorce, coercive control, family court navigation, and complex custody litigation. With a multidisciplinary background in coaching, behavioral health, and entrepreneurial leadership, Erin provides strategic guidance to individuals navigating some of the most challenging family court situations.

Erin’s work is deeply informed by lived experience. After navigating her own high-conflict divorce and family court litigation beginning in 2011, she became committed to helping others move through similar circumstances with clarity, strategy, and emotional stability. Her approach integrates litigation preparation, behavioral pattern recognition, trauma-informed coaching, documentation systems, and emotional regulation tools, allowing clients to remain grounded while navigating an often overwhelming legal process.

Erin brings specialized experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis principles and behavioral pattern recognition, which she uses to help clients better understand high-conflict dynamics. Together, Erin and her clients learn to recognize behavioral patterns, anticipate destabilization tactics, and respond strategically before escalation occurs.

Through strategic communication planning, Erin helps clients avoid reactive engagement and resist manipulation tactics commonly used in high-conflict cases. Her coaching focuses on helping clients remain regulated and intentional in their communication so they do not “take the bait” when conflict is intentionally provoked or when children are drawn into the conflict dynamic.

Erin works closely with clients to develop effective systems for documentation, communication, evidence organization, and courtroom preparation, helping them participate more effectively in their legal process and often reducing unnecessary legal expenses.

A core component of Erin’s work is preparing clients to work effectively with third neutral professionals within the family court system, including custody evaluators, parenting coordinators, mediators, therapists, and court-appointed experts. Erin helps clients understand the roles of these professionals, organize documentation, regulate communication, and present themselves clearly and effectively throughout the process.

Erin also specializes in parenting and coparenting coaching for neurodivergent families, supporting parents raising children with diverse neurological profiles while navigating separation or high-conflict coparenting dynamics. She helps families develop strategies that prioritize the child’s developmental needs, emotional regulation, and stability.

Her consulting practice focuses on complex and high-risk family court cases, including:

• coercive control and domestic violence
• child sexual abuse (CSA) allegations
• litigation abuse and post-separation abuse
• countering parental alienation claims
• high-conflict coparenting dynamics

Erin also supports international and cross-jurisdictional cases, particularly throughout North America, South America, and Europe, helping clients navigate complicated legal, cultural, and documentation challenges.

Erin is actively involved in advocacy and systemic reform work. She serves as a VOICES Board Member at the Rose Andom Center, representing survivors of coercive control and domestic violence navigating family court. She is also a LINC Navigator with Rocky Mountain Victim Law Center and an Enrollment Specialist for the Colorado Address Confidentiality Program, helping survivors access critical safety protections.  She is an advocate with NSPO and MFB Colorado.

Erin previously participated in the Colorado Office of Judicial Performance Evaluation (OJPE) Courtroom Observation Pilot Program, contributing to efforts that evaluate and improve judicial performance and accountability within Colorado courts.

Through both her professional practice and advocacy efforts, Erin is committed to empowering survivors, increasing court awareness of coercive control, and improving outcomes for families navigating complex custody litigation.

Erin’s work integrates strategic coaching, behavioral insight, trauma informed care, and spiritual grounding. She believes that even during the most difficult family court battles, individuals can remain connected to their inner wisdom, values, and resilience. By combining practical legal navigation with spiritual perspective, Erin helps clients move through conflict with clarity, stability, and a deep sense of personal empowerment.
