Overview and Experience

I once sat where you sat, trying to figure out and pin point what the heck was going on in my 21-year marriage. I didn't have the words or terminology to know what I was experiencing, but I knew it wasn't right, and it was extremely painful. While navigating the decay of a life I once knew and juggling being a mother of 2 teenage boys, I did more research and reading then I did in college. I have the added bonus of experiencing the devastating effects of a malignant smear campaign that bled over to the majority of my family and close friends when I filed for divorce. I consumed my share of divorce wine and frozen pizza, yet pieced together a life that is brighter now than I could have ever imagined years ago slumped down on the laundry room floor.

I became a Certified High Conflict Divorce Coach in June 2022 to support myself and others who are going through the same experience. In my own divorce, I was able to secure 80% of what I asked for, including increased time with my children. Since then, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients worldwide and am active both locally and online with individuals experiencing the loss of the life they once knew. I serve as the Head Moderator for the Covert Narcissist Group (CNG) and Divorcing a Covert Narcissist Facebook communities, founded by Renee Swanson, with over 80K members combined.

I offer private coaching, seasonal support groups, and in-person retreats for those navigating narcissistic relationships, high-conflict divorces, and even post-divorce difficult co-parenting situations. I have furthered my education and experience by taking a Trauma & Telehealth Dual Certification Course as well as Dr. Ramani Durvasula's course: Narcissist Abuse Treatment Clinician Training.

Not only do I assist clients in processing what they’ve endured, I help them save money in legal fees, secure better outcomes in custody and financial settlements, and find the clarity and strength to rebuild a life that finally feels safe.
