Overview and Experience

My life's mission is to meet people where they are, and then support them to reach their fullest potential. To better serve my calling to help others, I chose to become a healthcare professional as my career path. I graduated in May 2005 with my RN and continued my formal nursing education to the level of a Master's degree. I have always believed that one of the facets of nursing is being a coach: nurses encourage, empower and educate their patients. When my own life experiences broadened my view of the world and revealed further opportunities to help others, I took the next step and became a certified coach in July 2021.
