Your Experience With Post Separation Abuse Is What Qualifies You

You may not think of yourself as someone qualified to guide a survivor through a high conflict divorce. But if you divorced a narcissistic or abusive partner, you probably learned things you never expected to learn.

You learned about manipulation.

You learned about coercive control.

You learned how quickly a divorce can become another way for an abusive person to maintain control.

And you learned that leaving the relationship does not always mean the abuse ends.

Maybe you dealt with endless messages.

Financial pressure.

Threats.

Court battles.

Parenting conflicts.

False accusations.

Attempts to turn your children against you.

You may have spent years trying to understand what was happening while also trying to protect yourself and your children.

That knowledge has value.

You know what post separation abuse looks like

You have lived it.

You know that high conflict is not always two people equally contributing to a difficult situation.

You know what it feels like when every interaction becomes an argument.

You know how exhausting it is to constantly document what happened because you are afraid no one will believe you.

You know how confusing it can be when someone who hurt you presents themselves as the victim.

These experiences can give you a perspective that cannot be learned from a textbook alone.

Your experience can become something more

Maybe you now help other survivors going through divorce.

Maybe friends come to you because they know you understand.

Maybe you have become passionate about advocacy, education, coaching, legal support, or another area of helping families affected by high conflict divorce.

Your experience may be what led you here.

The High Conflict Divorce Coach Certification Program can help you take what you have learned and build on it.

You do not have to forget what happened to you.

You can use what you learned to better understand the patterns other survivors may be experiencing.

You don't have to have all the answers

You are not expected to be an expert before you begin.

You are not expected to know every term or understand every dynamic.

You are not expected to have everything figured out.

You already have something important:

You know what this can look like from the inside.

That perspective matters.

Your experience matters.

And the knowledge you gained while surviving your own divorce may be the very thing that qualifies you to take the next step.

You left.

You learned.

You rebuilt.

Now you can use that knowledge to help other survivors recognize what they are experiencing and find a way forward.
