Becoming a High Conflict Divorce Coach

Congratulations to the newest group of High Conflict Divorce Coaches and Consultants. Our January session was filled with some pretty amazing people from such diverse backgrounds. It is always an honor to connect with those who are looking to reinvent themselves in the workplace, fueled by the desire to help others avoid the pitfalls that are only visible in hindsight and with hard-won experience. With each session, I stand in awe of the inspirational graduates before me, and look forward to cheering them on in their next chapter of service and advocacy.

I do not personally subscribe to the belief that there is always purpose to be found in pain - sometimes there are tragedies that stand alone as unexplainable and horrific. Outside of this category, there are those of us who have been through the family court system and want to ensure that our experiences were not in vain. We seek purpose and are driven to give others a hand up. We strive to be the person we so desperately needed during the darkest moments of our own journeys.

It has also been refreshing to walk alongside and mentor professionals who currently work in the family court system or, in the field of mental health. I have the utmost respect for those who recognize that their formal training lacked critical information, hindering them from properly serving their clients. Over the past few years, we have welcomed family law attorneys, guardian ad litem's, paralegals, mediators, social workers, LMFTs and psychologists. One of the testimonials we received from our January cohort was from a family law attorney who said:

"As a family law attorney, I thought I knew how to help clients. This course brought me to a whole different level of being able to help people." A.M.

Additional testimonials from program graduates:

"I learned so much from this experience. No other course provides such a comprehensive look at high conflict divorce and teaches effective ways to strategize and help clients take action. I am grateful for this course and look forward to growing my business." -Janell Guge, JD - Rise Consulting & Mediation, LLC

"As a survivor of a high conflict divorce, I found this course to be one of the best decisions of my life. Not only in preparing me to help others through their own process, but to connect with and learn from others who have also survived such a situation. I had no idea I would be getting more than what I bargained (and paid) for from experts in the field, tips and tricks to build a business and resources to help future clients. The cohort that exists in this class (so richly diverse in background, profession, and experience) is so willing to help one another and root each other on. It was led by the indefatigable Tina who by her nature, teaches boundaries, exudes humility and kindness all while strategically dismantling a dark, broken system that desperately needs reform. If you want to be a better human, take this course. You won’t regret it." -TG

"Everything about this course was excellent. The format was easily accessible to various brain styles (video, text, live calls, and inter-class communications). The actual content was so thoughtfully curated; every single lesson was readily applicable and there was absolutely no fluff. And then having the opportunity to coach a real client was invaluable. If you take the course you will be prepared to be a divorce coach of the highest professional and ethical caliber, and you will be connected with inspiring people working alongside you. It is not something you can “wing.” The effort and time is 1000% worth it." -Jamie Clarisse

At the High Conflict Divorce Coach Certification Program, we are building a worldwide army of advocates - this isn't just an eight-week course, together these graduates belong to a growing community of "hope dealers" and change makers. I am proud to stand amongst them.
